Victor Osimhen is set to become the highest-rated active Nigerian player ever in soccer video game history, as well as the highest-rated Serie A striker in the forthcoming EA SPORTS FC 24.
Ahead of the launch of the highly-anticipated soccer video game EA SPORTS FC 24, fans and members of the EA community have been predicting the overall ratings of some of their favourite footballers in the game.
EA is expected to reveal the official player ratings next month before the global release of the new game – FC 24.
However, following the official Matchday Trailer reveal, a few details about the upcoming game have continued to leak online as has been the case in recent years with the now-defunct EA SPORTS FIFA franchise.
A number of player ratings have been already leaked with some players reportedly getting massive upgrades as expected.
According to the reliable Early Game, Super Eagles of Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen is amongst the players who received a massive upgrade in his EA FC 24 ratings.
The Nigeria international who is widely regarded as one of the best strikers on the planet saw his stocks rise after helping Napoli to a historic Scudetto title.
Osimhen also finished the campaign as the league’s Top scorer and the former Lille forward has now been rewarded in record-breaking fashion.
The aforementioned source has exclusively revealed that Victor Osimhen will be awarded an 88 OVR in his FC 24 ratings for Napoli, making him one of the highest-rated players in the game and the highest-rated player in Serie A.
Osimhen will also set the record as the first active Nigerian footballer to receive such a rating in the history of the soccer video game franchise.
Early Game also reveals that Osimhen is set to be rated higher than a number of football stars like Cristiano Ronaldo (86), Luka Modric (87), Lautaro Martinez (87), Sadio Mane (87), and even Toni Kroos (87), amongst others.
