Nigeria drops again on FIFA rankings

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have dropped one position in the latest FIFA world rankings.

The Super Eagles are now the 39th best team in the July ranking published by FIFA on Thursday.

Recall that Nigeria was the 39th best team in the world in the June ranking.

However, the Super Eagles are currently the 5th best team in Africa, while Morocco are number one in Africa and now the 14th best team in the world.

Behind Morocco are Senegal, Egypt, Ivory Coast and Nigeria.

However, Argentina is the number one best team in the world, followed by France, Spain, England, Brazil, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Colombia and Italy, making the top 10.

Others that made the list from 11-20 positions are Uruguay, Croatia, Germany, Morocco, Switzerland, USA, Mexico, Japan, Senegal and Iran.
