Supreme Court Dismisses Fubara’s Lawsuit Against Rivers Lawmakers

The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filled by the Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, opposing the leadership of the state House of Assembly led by Martin Amaewhule.

After dismissing the suit, the court, ordered Fubara to pay a fine of N2 million to the House of Assembly as the first respondent and Amaewhule as the second respondent.
