Producer and film maker Chinedu Leonard Onyenegecha is a seasoned and distinctive powerhouse on the Nollywood scene with years of excellence and exceptional productions. His works have transcended heights and help structured him fully as a heavy weight in the industry.
Passionate about his works and always delivering at the best of his performance, he recently got a nomination at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival set to hold in September. This comes shortly after the success of his recently released movie.
Speaking about this, he notes that, “For me, getting accolades such as this for my work is well deserved. It’s an honour and I don’t take such for granted because work has indeed been served over the years and when things like this come, it’s mind-blowing. I’m grateful for my team and everyone who has contributed in one way or the other over the years. The win is ours.”
Chinedu would also be attending the Canada Black & Diversity Film Market Summit, scheduled for September as well. The summit is set to focus on business development, providing support to organisations for business-to-business (B2B) industry activities and business-to-consumer (B2C) audience development activities that bring opportunities for new business leads, collaboration, sales, distribution, and relationships.
